Please read the following terms of agreement carefully.
SPACE RESERVATION: The minimum room rental fee for the dining room is: $3,500. The event space will be held for Patron, upon receipt of both the signed contract and $250.00 deposit. Until such time, we unfortunately cannot guarantee the date of the event. Deposit is refundable up to 7 days before the event. The space fee includes use of the entire dining room for the event's specified scheduled time frames, set-up/clean up, food, fountain drinks, tea, coffee.
PAYMENT: The entire balance is due payable in cash, or by major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) at the close of the scheduled Event. Total balance due will include food and beverage costs, 20% service gratuity, and any/all applicable miscellaneous fees. If, at the conclusion of your Event, your total bill exceeds the amount paid, you will be charged for any/all additional expenses with the credit card provided.
SERVICE CHARGE: A 20% gratuity will be added to patron's total bill to be dispersed as gratuities to servers, pizza builders, and other kitchen staff who work the event.
DECORATIONS: Patron will have one (1) hour before the event to set up. We do not allow any decorations to be hung on the walls or windows. Any loose decor (i.e glitter, sparkles, confetti) is prohibited. Decorations must be taken away at the close of the event.
OUTSIDE FOOD: Food made outside of a commercial kitchen cannot be brought in. A receipt of purchase is required for all food brought in to comply with health and safety regulations. Any cakes brought in that the patron wishes for Nostalgia Wood Fired Oven to cut will be charged a $25 cake cutting fee.
CANCELLATION AND PERFORMANCE: All private parties must be cancelled 7 days prior to the scheduled event. Any event cancelled less than 7 days of the scheduled event will be charged 20% of the rental fee and lose the $250.00 prepaid deposit. We do however, reserve the right to waive the cancellation fee at our sole discretion and without discrimination.
CONDUCT OF EVENT: Patron agrees to conduct the event in an orderly manner in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Nostalgia Wood Fired Oven’s rules and standards.
